Tony Braccio
President
Tony Braccio, President of Crystal Sound Music Services, has been involved in the Disc Jockey and Nite Club industry for 25 years. In 1979 he and his partner had a vision to become Winnipeg 's premier music service company.
Over the years the company grew with several music company acquisitions. These acquisitions included Superior Sound, Play-All Music Services and several smaller companies. In 1990 Crystal combined forces with Partie Sound. The acquisitions brought over many talented employees and added a new dimension in the operations. Through Tony's vision and direction, these individuals have become an integral part of the company. Although Tony oversees the company, the day to day in house operations are left to the office team. His main focus is on the Hotel, Bar and Nite Club industry. He has been able to put together a strong technical support team that is driven by Tony's vision of being Winnipeg 's initiator and not an imitator.
As a husband and father of two boys who are heavily involved in hockey, Tony believes that hard work and a dedication to your passion leads to the success of individuals as well as companies.

Henry Medeiros
Technical Resource Manager
Henry has been part of the Crystal Sound team since 1995 when he joined as a part time disc jockey. Aside from providing music at school dances, wedding socials, wedding receptions and night clubs, he also contributed to the road crew team. These experiences with the road crew led him to his first full time position with the company as their equipment manager from 1996 to 2000. During his time as equipment manger, he learned many skills pertaining to audio and lighting technology, especially as a DMX light show designer. While working full time at the office, Henry still found time for his music passion and continued to excel as a DJ, With highlights including opening for the Headstones and the Headpins, as well as the Toxic 8 New Year's Eve Bash, to playing at the World Famous Palomino Club for No Country Mondays, there's not much Henry has not seen when it has come to DJing.
In early 2000, Henry was appointed the music director of Crystal Sound. The early part of his time at this position was focused on the transition of the mobile database from cassette tapes to CD format. This challenge saw 72 cassette tapes transform to an ever growing 350+ CD library for mobile DJs to use. Soon the focus changed from the mobile database to the development of the professional computerized music database featuring the BPM Studio software. From research to production, Henry has done everything music at Crystal Sound . As well as the ongoing development of this database, Henry acts as the Manitoba dealer for two cross country music subscription services, mainly Promo Only and MultiMusic.
Henry has recently been appointed Technical Resource Manager.
Ron Baron
General Manager
Ron Baron, General Manager of Crystal Sound Music Services, has over 30 years experience in the Disc Jockey and Recorded Music industry and in that time has been involved in or managed almost every major area of the company.
Ron began as a self taught, part-time mobile disc jockey in 1972. He self-named his small operation as Buzz's Music Service and by 1980 had approximately 6-8 part-time people working for him. In that year, he expanded his business by buying out a company named Pro Sound. Over the following years and under Ron's guidance, Pro Sound had become a major force in the industry. In 1985, Ron merged Pro Sound with another going concern, namely Partie Sound. In the following 5 years or so, Ron orchestrated a number of other mergers and acquisitions, the largest being in 1989, which was the acquisition of Crystal Sound .
During the following years, Ron was integrally involved in strategic planning, policy issues, opportunities and business development for the company.
Currently, Ron is responsible for oversight of Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Business Decision Support and Human Resources.

John Dubois
Technical Director
John has been involved with electronic gadgets since he was able to climb out of his crib. He came to Crystal Sound in 1989 as a DJ but quickly excelled in his love for "connecting and making things work" that he soon hung up his headphones and began helping out on installations and Nite Club equipment upgrades and up keep.
Wanting to understand more about the electronics he was working with, John attended Red River College where he later graduated as and "Electronic Engineer Technologist". During his time at Red River , John learned how to design, build and troubleshoot a wide range of complex electronic and micro-controller driven circuits. In order to program a micro-controller chip, John had to learn to understand and write computer code using the C++ programming language, which quickly opened up another avenue to explore. computers! Side by side with his electronic assignments, he began pulling apart computer systems and learning how they worked.
After a few years, he had taught himself the Windows ® and Linux ® operating systems and was beginning to design and troubleshoot complex computer networks complete with DNS, Web, FTP and email servers. This led to the design of Crystal Sound 's "DJ Music Server" network which spans across Manitoba . To date, John continues to design custom electronic and computer systems to meet his clients needs in this ever changing music industry.
