Owner, and President since 1979, Tony keeps us all in line by overseeing all operations of Crystal Sound and On-Q Pro Media. He still is finding new DJ equipment online, and ways to continuously evolve, and also prepares sales quotes for installs, maintains customer relationships, and is a huge source of knowledge for this industry!

In 2014, Molly joined as the front office receptionist, and is now our master scheduler, manager and accounting department. She does all the ordering for Crystal Sound and ON-Q, makes the DJ's schedules, and takes all payment from clients. If there's something needed, she'll get it done!

In 2011, Scott started in installations, and is now our ON-Q sales and installation manager. He also ensures all our DJ laptop programming is good to go each month.

In 2006, Serena started playing music in the clubs where Crystal Sound had its DJ equipment. Later in 2008, she started working for Crystal Sound directly, then transitioned into DJ sales, recruitment and created the DJ training program we use today. She books all the events  and still Dj's too!

Starting in his father's company in 2002, as a fresh faced teenager DJ, Tony Junior continues to DJ and has transitioned in our music director. All the music each DJ has on their laptops, or background music you hear at Boston Pizzas was obtained and curated by him! He also sources all music each week for our DJ's so couples' needs are exceeded on their special day!

Ian joined our team in 2019, as our installation and on-call techs. He's ready to go for any of our DJ's in case of need, as he also dabbles in deejaying too. He's our network and computer savvy guy who keeps things going!

In 2022, Alex joined our team as ON-Q's "go to guy" He is also now one of our on call techs for Crystal Sound, does installs for ON-Q and also tests and maintains all DJ equipment maticulously each week for our events.
